And then I go and buy a big job lot of old "Best of 2000ad" reprints in the last hour of the year. Aarrggh. Or indeed AIEEE

Reflecting: this year has been a year of rationalising my comics collection. Binding things I want to keep. Selling things I don't. I reckon I've managed about a 30% reduction in the number of floppies, either gone or bound. Still have too much I'll likely never look at again. More to do.

Another one: an oversized remaster of ABC Warriors: The Black Hole a la the Horned God Anniversary edition. With the redrawn SMS pages. What do you think @2000ad.bsky.social ?

Also: an English edition of the lovely oversized Black and white Weapon X hardcover that Panini put out in French

A bumper stack of custom binding to round out the year. Lovely work by Spink and Thackray of Leeds. This has been a big part of rationalising my collection this year; deciding what I want to bind and keep and what I can pass on.

One of those rare instances where my love of comics overlaps with my day job (stats, social policy research). Love this book, get it!

New custom binds arrived today. Included this test, trying out a shorter run to see how it works (most binds so far have been around 20 issues). Kraven's Last Hunt is only 6 issues. The colouring of the reprints of this has never sat right with me. Very pleased to have these issues bound.
