My son (24) left our house at 4am yesterday to walk along the south west coast path (UK) to our previous home town, 42 miles away. I didn't think he would make it, it's a hard section of path with many big hills and cliffs, but he did, we picked him up at the seafront as it turned dark. Epic walk:-)

Visited my elderly aunt in hospital today. Called my uncle to say I was visiting, he said her memory had got even worse and she wouldn't remember me. Found her ward and she was asleep, held her hand and she woke up not knowing where she was but she called me by my name.
