We had an unplanned outage earlier today. Our service provider when down for 7 minutes, but the relays failed to pick back up new events when our services restarted. We've initiated relay crawls which has fixed the issue, and we're making that automatic in the future when recovering from outages.

The ongoing outage seems to be improving, but the best non-ATproto way to get updates is on Bluesky's status page: status.bsky.app (which itself has been intermittant throughout this outage)

Migration process repaired and upgraded! Now there should be fewer blob-related failures, we've added more detailed info about blob uploads, and we've added an "import missing blobs" option if you encounter any missing media. Thank you for your patience and invites will resume shortly!

We're looking into higher than normal failure rates for migrations. If you run into an issue with your migration, please submit a ticket via the support link in our profile. Thanks for your patience as we resolve this issue. Once we do, we'll be sending out more batches of invites.
