It is important for our local politicians to understand what it is like to ride public transit that is used by a large portion of the population!

In his op-ed opposing bus lanes on W 25th, Sam McNulty claims “it isn’t about parking,” yet concludes by demanding on-street parking be preserved. That contradiction shows parking is a core concern-one that risks trading reliable transit for car storage.

A prime example of why we need bus lanes on W.25th. This is an everyday occurance on this stretch. WIth Bus lanes buses can get to their destinations on time and cars wouldn't have to contend with them either. Thanks to @kezl.bsky.social for the footage.

Don't forget this weekend is this month's Riders Meeting downtown at the Louis Stokes Wing of the Library. 11am! We will have donuts and coffee. Will be talking about W.25th BRT among other things!

Lots of great public comments today at the GCRTA board meeting. We want Smart Cards, more service, no bus wraps on windows and for transit police not to be used to enforce immigration.
