We're taking the Trump administration to court over its new policy denying tens of thousands of people in immigration detention their right to seek release on bond. Under this new policy, countless immigrants who've been part of our communities for years could be detained indefinitely by ICE.

This month, a federal judge granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) barring federal agents from conducting racist, suspicion-less stops. The order also ordered that immigrants arrested must have access to legal counsel. The federal government then immediately challenged the TRO and appealed.
