Thread of stuff from my old .ase files I never updated. A lot of it is old trash that I scrapped for looking bad... Mira's old drawing had a layer for her hair.

I just discovered some really old art lore about how some piece of art I made was actually for a comic idea (pre-comic CRYSTALA) called "CHARLOTTE'S BIG DAY" and I apparently drew a logo for it??? The "R" and "O" would've looked like her eyes. ...I have absolutely 0 recollection of this.

Back when CRYSTALA was a game concept, I wanted to call Charlotte's shop theme "Charlotte's No Good, Very Bad Day".

Some progress of when I was first drawing my Sona. I continued the rest of it and cleaned it up in Aseprite afterwards. No, I don't remember why it's sideways for the first half of it.

For the hell of it, here's the timelapse for Alley, too. Most interesting thing here IMO are the different colors I was trying out that you can see here.

Turns out I had saved my drawing process of Vertex and I guess my memory was a bit fuzzy when I recounted it. The X eyes were made first before I changed it out for the ones I ended up going with, and then I made a separate version using the original eyes and a different color palette for Drivel.

Before I go to sleep, I will say... I finally have a design idea for that mystery character who's named I redacted on the OC creation timeline. I'll be a little silly and show this old concept doodle. My new idea goes in a completely different direction.
