Ministry, KMFDM, Minus 5, Swans, NIN, R.E.M., Pigface, and even King Crimson into his final days. A lot of people around Seattle have Bill Rieflin stories. Not me, but more interesting people I've encountered over the years. He was taken far, far too early.

Bill Rieflin was a _phenomenal_ musician. His drum work on the title track for Accelerate is my favorite drum work of the post-Bill Berry era of R.E.M., but his career spans so much more than that. He's a huge part of R E.M. history, and a founding pillar of Seattle's industrial metal scene. R.I.P.

Adam here. Saw half of our boys tonight at the Minus 5/Baseball Project show in Philly. Mike and Peter walked past me and I almost fainted. Also turns out “Ohtani” makes a killer chorus to a song. I can admit that even if I hate the Dodgers.

I somehow managed to lose my entire audio track for this episode, but if I cranked up Adam's track I could sorta hear myself bleeding through his headphones most of the time. So I isolated that, and re-dubbed it like a maniac. It may be the end of the world as we know it, but damn it, I feel fine.
