On Wednesday, we carried out a 2-part experiment on the effects of good food and great company on a community of ecologists and statisticians at the REC Christmas party. N = 31. Community structure: Skewed towards postdocs with some professors and other staff. Initial results: Very promising! 🎄✨

In last week's REC Seminar, Michael Giolai gave a presentation titled "The co-evolutionary underpinning of disease dynamics." Michael is a postdoctoral researcher at the Laine lab. His work focuses on plant-pathogen interactions.
