If you decide to join any ink or whatever-Tober drawing challenge, please do not force yourself to finish a drawing daily. Rather motivate yourself to draw for a set amount of time, say 30 mins to a max of 90 mins. And have breaks. You need to refresh the mind between artsessions. It helps a lot.

Probably the best wisdom we can have is that we actually know so damn little. We should never lose our curiosity or eagerness to learn from eachother. Nobody knows what they're actually trying to do on this globe, either. Keep trying and following your heart. We get one chance to do so, anyway.

Inktober sets completely unrealistic expectations regarding output. Making a complete inked drawing in one day EVERY day for a month is insane and a recipe for burnout. Don’t tie your worth to something that even professionals believe is unrealistic.
