Update: they deleted the tweet, I got my money, and Vgen told me they don't allow reviews for undelivered art. They apparently have a system in place for it though, whatever that means! What's the point of this platform if you can't warn people about artists?

I think some vgen artists take on a huge amount of commissions and let them go on purpose like it's no big deal. This commission has been prepaid and now late for an entire month and their rating is 4.9! PLEASE be honest in your reviews so others can avoid this!
