Addiction can be said to be a health issue but drug use per se is not a health issue. There's far to many folk conflating drug use with addiction, and using the terms interchangeably as if they mean the same thing. Drug use per se is not an issue.

Roadside drug testing will lead to more switching to drugs that don't stay in your system for as long as cannabis does (weeks even months). Unknown drugs that may carry far more risk. New synthetic drugs are a by-product of prohibition enforcement. #EndProhibition www.rnz.co.nz/news/nationa...
