On the one hand the corduroy during the cutting phase made me excited to put together the dress, on the other hand even the easiest seam in the whole dang process (the back seam) I ended up with slack in the seam so the edges no longer perfectly match so that's fun 😭

First time using one of the stretch stitches on my sewing machine as my son had some popped stitches in some of his favorite jammies. Hopefully holds up okay, I don't have any ballpoint machine needles so I was just going with the needle & thread I'd just loaded for my corduroy project 😅
