Just thinking about the perpetual cycle of autistic burnout through short term employment. Already getting bored of my job, it's been 4 months.

I'm not non verbal but if im overwhelmed, stressed out or tired, I struggle to communicate my needs. Mostly because I believe I'll get punished for it so i tend to hide/ be very quiet.

You know how having ADHD makes it harder to regulate your emotions? Well sometimes I reeeeaally wish i could just be angry even when it's appropriate and still be treated with kindness and understanding. I wish i could go crazy and start killing innocents. But i have to go to therapy instead
