What it feels like when you're an indie developer on a tiny team juggling multiple roles. Catching your breath for a moment hoping the monkeys don't show up.

This is what Cake Maker's main menu currently looks like! It's spoliered for those who would rather keep it a surprise.

In the Super Mario Galaxy games, the staff credits text is always loaded into RAM despite not being needed until the ending. While horribly inefficient, this is inadvertently heartwarming as the games appear to honor their creators by keeping them in memory at all times.
