Here's my #pride story: at five years old I saw Star Wars on a rented vhs. Princess Leia in a white robe. Holding a blaster while telling boys what to do, I was smitten. Han Solo, suave, sassy, stunning. I "like liked" him too. I came out at 15. Still #bisexual. Still me.

🌠 Recently received a thank you letter from a young person for gifting a clarinet and some books/equipment. I was only able to start playing #music due to the gifts of time and funds of others. We all have the capability to give joy and hope to others ❤️

Your kindness is proof to others that there is still good in the world. It matters.

Shows based on real events such as The People v. O. J. Simpson or Dopesick are my favorite because as a #neurodivergent person, it helps me understand timelines and social implications. I always remember to take them as fictional and supplements real information.

My sister came to visit yesterday and it was what my soul needed. Here's the chicken pot pie I made. We feasted all day, played silly games, tasted for a chili/chowder contest. Within the chill of February, it is critical to find joy to keep our spirits. Spring will arrive, eventually.
