Here on the condition people can be normal about Antoine Dupont
England enter the Six Nations as World and tournament champions, knowing anything other than a Grand Slam is unacceptable. So what should we expect from John Mitchell's side, who are the youngsters in the squad, and can they keep getting better?

Stade Francais scrum-half Louis Foursans-Bourdette blaming their loss at home to the Dragons on the players having too big a lunch for an early kick-off, leaving them sluggish for the first twenty minutes, is the most hilariously French thing to ever happen in rugby

The "So how did Wales end up here?" deep dive is on a seventh draft beyond the "Right this should be good to record" point because the WRU situation keeps changing so drastically. Won't somebody think of the content creators?

No fanbase has suffered as much over the years as the Dragons fanbase has. The most dedicated supporters in Welsh rugby. They deserve days like today. If you’re in Paris, get drunk and enjoy. If you’re not in Paris, just do it anyway.

One week to go until the Women's Six Nations kicks off! In the first of a series on every team, we look at Italy: How are Fabio Rosselli's team stacked up, who should we be looking out for, and just why have they dropped star player Beatrice Rigoni?

If I'm Rassie Erasmus, I'm calling Sacha FM this week and bollocking him for not taking that game by the scruff of the neck in the last play. You have a tiny handful of chances to expose him to knock out rugby before the RWC, you need him to learn from every single one.

That's almost certainly the Ospreys' season over, but the real goal for this year has always just been to remain a club beyond next season and we took a big step towards that this week. It's hard to be too frustrated when the big picture is starting to change in our favour.

Today will be Dan Edwards' first time playing Connacht away, as the last time the Ospreys went to Galway he was yet to make his professional debut for the club. Absolutely crazy how established somebody can become in such a short space of time.

Everything I've heard is Y11's preference would be keep and operate both clubs if the WRU lets them, but if they only let them keep one, it'll be Cardiff.
