Here's Jean-Luc Brunel, an associate of both Epstein and Trump, with Brett Ratner in a recently released photo from the Epstein files. Brunel and Epstein were found dead in prison cells. Ratner will soon be found on Amazon Prime. He's the director of the soon-to-be-released documentary on Melania.
