Girls' Secondary School Leadership Programme. Chance to Shine & RBC Brewin Dolphin. 'Leading from the Front'

Girls in Year 8, 9 & 10 took part in a Leadership Programme yesterday at Leeds University, organised by Chance to Shine & RBC Brewin Dolphin. @thesnaithschool.bsky.social

This event was designed to give the girls the opportunity to develop their leadership, teamwork, and presentation skills through cricket-based activities and a Dragon's Den style challenge. @thesnaithschool.bsky.social

Former England Captain and current Test batter Joe Root, joined us for the morning cricket session to inspire the girls and share his insights into leadership. @thesnaithschool.bsky.social @teal-trust.bsky.social

During the morning session, each group delivered a short cricket activity to the RBC volunteers. @thesnaithschool.bsky.social

The afternoon session involved a Dragon's Den-style task, where pupils worked in teams to develop a creative cricket project.
