1/5 I saw these clips and it gets worse. You got all the classic hits: 1. Our lawsuit got dismissed (it didnt) 2. While simultaneously dismissing that our case being allowed to move on copyright claims is no big deal (it is) 3. GenAi is like a search engine (it’s not)

While a Youtuber released a 3 hr video cherry picking information, elevating astro turf tech groups, and claiming the lawsuits are faulty, in reality things are moving in a positive direction for creatives! In one of the lawsuits brought up, Kadrey v Meta, this is what the judge had to say 👇
