One of the best moments of government interaction I’ve had was listening to sewage treatment worker describe in detail, with pride and with enthusiasm the way he helps turn raw sewage into clean water. People need to see that government is a lot of regular people who love helping others.

The problem isn’t that we think Dems can stop all of this. It’s that few (aoc excluded) actually appear to be trying or even speaking up. They either act helpless or worse are waiting for things to implode so they can act like heroes. Either way they seem to be doing nothing in the moment.
