Had my mood and energy drop off yesterday and it sucked. I had so much I wanted to do. Maybe a quick workout will help me feel better today.

Trying something different. I blocked out some negative space and then used an ink pen to give it shape. I feel like I can do something interesting with this.

I'm taking my fitness more seriously. It may not be 2026 yet but that doesn't mean I can't start on my new year's goals.
