Overkill - Feel the Fire Arguably the best album of an iconic thrash metal band. Rawer, catchy, and full of excellent riffs. Vocals are sick too. Has a lot of heavy metal energy to it

Djevel - Tanker Som Rir Natte Riffs in classic Norwegian style while maintaining an identity of its own. Very big on clean singing, in a way that fits the somber atmosphere. Super drawn out songs with a lot of repetition, with six songs stretched over almost an hour’s time, but never gets boring.

Jambalaya. Cajun brown jambalaya style specifically. It’s why I make it so often lol

Shub Niggurath - The Kinglike Celebration Mexican death metal with an occult sound that draws from black metal and has some great drumming. Evil but also grandiose. Really angular and spooky riffs
