One of my theories re tariffs may have played out today. Put tariffs in place (or threaten to) and crash the market. Rich people go in and buy cheap stocks, and keep loading up. Crazy tariffs are put on hold and the stock market goes up wildly. The rich get richer. He might keep repeating the cycle.

It seems to me that the big problem isn't that these top-level folks were using an insecure chat line to talk about war plans and included a journalist. That's bad enough.
