Summary of 2025.

Maybe I should not have specialised my various social accounts... I am only one person, after all, and this division has just resulted in most of the accounts getting new posts only every once in a blue moon. I have drawn many drawings, but none of them are MLP-related, so I've nothing to post...

A quick post to note that I am not dead (fortunately), taking advantage of me having drawn something that does belong on my BlueSky account, something that doesn't happen very often, I admit.

Commissions are closing for the month of September as I'll be travelling for most of it. I'm planning to reopen some time in mid-October, which would allow me some time to recuperate after I return home.

Commissioned art for master Greywind: a character sheet of the One-Eared Revia, a recurring character in the "Grace and the Revias" series and the first character I ever drew for master Greywind, back in the very first commission I did for them.

Third commissioned drawing of the current set showcases the alternate-timeline Grace Hester who, after a head wound rendered her mute, became a terrifying and semi-shunned hermit who is secretly her town's first line of defence and secret weapon.

Second commissioned drawing of the current set, depicting Grace Hester in another timeline where she got wounded while fighting a horde of militors. This drawing depicts the fight right before being shot in the head. The helmet saved her life, but she still ended up being permanently affected.

First commissioned drawing of this set is this narrative-oriented ink drawing I made for master Greywind, my long-time supporter and wonderful source of inspiration. The drawing depicts two of their #Rimworld OCs, Grace Hester and the One-Eared Revia.

I continue my adventures in "stringing all prompts of ATG2025 into one continuous comic" with #NATGday5, "being insincere". Sunset Shimmer tells Princess Twilight what Sci-Twi's been up to lately.

For this year's ATG, I'm stringing all my responses into a continuous comic. This is my response to #NATGday4, "Pony getting the short end of the stick", depicting the Dazzlings who got the short end of the stick in the second EQG movie.

For a while I was wondering what format/medium I should choose for this year's Artist Training Grounds, as I am pursuing several. After some consideration I decided that I should follow the trail of evolution my past ATGs have taken; therefore, for this year's ATG I'm drawing a manga. #NATGday1

For preparation for ATG2025, I decided to collect the very few recent pony art I have and share it here. All of them are in my 1:1 aspect ratio "quickdraw" format as that's usually the context I draw ponies in these days, I admit.

With this depiction of the P3 Protagonist my SEES2024 ink study series comes to an end. This series was begun back in February of 2024 to serve as practice for my use of Sakura Micron pens while also celebrating the release of #Persona3Reload.

Hmmmm last EQDATG I participated in is 2022's, although I dropped out before midway through, IIRC. I went through the entire thing for 2018 and 2020. Maybe I should participate once more, seeing as I was intending to draw more ponies in the near future anyway.

Recently I got the idea of specialising my various social accounts so that each has one unifying theme. BlueSky's theme is yet undecided - what do you think should be my focus here? SEES2024 was named as such because it was supposed to end within 2024... and yet here I am, a whole year after the last entry, with a very late Aragaki Shinjiro. XD Well, I'm back drawing, at least. But I am focusing mostly on my comics. #Persona3 #Persona3Reload

The SEES ink drawing series approaches its end with Sanada Akihiko, member number 1 of SEES and "team dad" in the expanded characterisation of Persona 3 Reload. This series was begun with the intention of practising my use of the ink pen, and I feel like at this point my ink lines are rather stable.

Next entry in my SEES ink drawings series jumps a few numbers to depict member number 0 and captain of SEES herself, Kirijo Mitsuru. I'd say her depiction was solid throughout the evolutions of Persona 3, but still the additions in P3R were amazing and added much to her that I love.

I had forgotten to announce both the start and end of my art break here (it's difficult for me to manage multiple social accounts!)... and forgot to post the re-do of the Junpei piece of my SEES ink series. Eek!

Continuing the SEES ink drawing series with Takeba Yukari! Like a lot of the other members of SEES, she benefits greatly from the added events in Persona 3 Reload, allowing us to directly witness her journey and perspective in the story of Persona 3 beyond Yakushima.

Tonight I drew Iori Junpei as part of my SEES ink fan art series, drawn to show my appreciation for Persona 3 Reload. Junpei is the character whose impression changed the most for me during P3R; I love all the additions that further articulate his journey and his bonds with the rest of the team.

Fourth of my SEES ink series, depicting Yamagishi Fuuka, the team's navigator. I really liked the book-reading sessions at the dorm, and the rooftop garden interactions. On the ink study front, I tried using a brush pen as a linework tool. While it was very difficult, I found it fascinating as well.

Continuing the SEES ink series with Aigis. While this series is meant to celebrate Persona 3 Reload, Aigis is not one of the characters that got a lot of additions in Reload, probably because the additions in Fes were more than sufficient, and most of those are in Reload as well.

This is the second drawing in my SEES fan art series, depicting member 8, Koromaru. This series of fan art depicting all members of the Specialised Extracurricular Execution Squad show my appreciation for Persona 3 Reload, which I finished a week ago. Drawn with Lamy Safari fountain pen.

As I recently finished my playthrough of Persona 3 Reload, I decided to embark on a series of fan art depicting all members of the Specialised Extracurricular Execution Squad. This is the first drawing depicting member 9, Amada Ken. Drawn in ink to continue my initial practices in ink.

This digital drawing I made on New Year's Day depicts me selling comics at Comiket alongside friends, and is a prayer piece of sorts, wishing for a day when my comics are read and cherished by many. I'd love for my stories to inspire people as much as I've been inspired by my favourite stories.

My main artistic medium is pencil on paper, and as of the moment one of my primary focuses of self-improvement is in incorporating scenery into the composition. This recent commissioned drawing I did for a long-time supporter is a good example of my recent efforts in this regard.
