I upgraded my brushes and textures archive with some products from www.truegrittexturesupply.com and immediately found some nice brushes to shade the space backgrounds with. I'm still planning to handpaint most of the bigger pieces, but it's a good mix of digital and analog like this.

ngl I'm living for my ocher colored background haha, it's just the mask so I can distinguish between the front and back but I kinda love it 😂

I've recently read Emily Wilson translation of The Odyssey and I happened to do so right when I was putting together the story for Starstitcher and thus likened some of the characters to some in that story. Captain Then is, once you see the Starstitcher flag probably pretty easy to guess.
