From the texttools discord. Spot on. Its okay to be upset about Mare but at the end of the day, we're breaking ToS by doing it and we only can because SE hasn't actively put effort into stopping it.

Never underestimate the resourcefulness of people. It's inevitable that an alternative will rise from the ashes, but screaming at SE isn't helping. The quieter the modding community is, the more tolerant SE is likely to be. We've always known it's against the ToS and this is a good reminder to STFU.

PSA mcdfs are not dependent on mare servers to be used or created

I think as of now we're all aware of the announcement about Mare going down. As for future reference sheets from myself, I'll have to look at a way I can keep working with them, for your character to look the way it does in your screen, without MCDF files.
