Vent. Something mildly grating I'm thinking about, relates to two hobbies I'm looking into (art, gamedev) There's a lot of unhelpful advice that "you should go with what feels best for you" without making the structure I need to make a decision. There are options and I need to choose.

I do not seek to be "cool" or "popular" I seek a coven of likeminded freaks who want to tell stories & make weird art with me like a forbidden sewing circle where we play matchmaker with our OCs & then give them titty twisters because I am a spiteful & petty demiurge who seeks to peel my blorbos

I don't know who needs to hear this today, but the sum of human consciousness wants to make you think the world is scarier than it is. That new hobby you're trying to get into isn't as daunting as it seems, and results might be closer than you think. Source: gotten into two new hobbies recently

Happy new years, everyone. Going into this December, I had one of my biggest crashes immediately followed by a stellar rebound. Leading into this year, I've started a dream and life journal for myself, and I've been reading books to improve my memory. I'm now doing art. 2026 will be a good year.

Just played through 2064: Read Only Memories. Overall, I feel the game is an amazing story of found family. I personally loved chastising Turing aloud for having no concept of what money is as I played. "*sigh I guess you can order a sandpot for Wilty."
