The past weekend marked the end of Black History Month. 100 years after it first launched, this February has put front and center how the fight for voting rights is unfinished business for communities across the U.S., particularly for Black Americans.

The Trump admin is demanding more states’ voter rolls — sensitive data they know election deniers will weaponize to undermine trust in our elections. This isn’t about strengthening our elections, it’s about laying the groundwork to undermine results they don’t like.
