Furlough Diary, Day 1/22 Still recovering from brain surgery & hubs had to work, so I slept late, got out of bed around noon, and watched tv with the puppy. Don’t really feel up to the whole parade thing so I’m ok missing out on Orpheus. Watching the Olympics now.

Oh I way overdid it at the parades today. I’m beat. Not really sure what’s normal for 3.5 months post-op but I’m worn out.

Carrollton stopped before Phillip. NOPD surrounding a float.

I dunno if it’s moving to the West Bank or post-surgery stuff somehow, or a combination of both but I haven’t felt overly festive this MG.

Surgery Follow-up MRI results came in. Still need doctors review but it seems good. I want to get the before and after images too.
