Update one month later: I gained a lot of stamina back! Some of my clothes are starting to feel a bit baggy, I can lift heavier things again, and I can squat with ease for much longer than I used to. Really happy with the progress so far! ❤️

Some current thoughts on Bluesky before I sleep: It does a great job at giving off that pre-elon twitter feeling/look. My feed on here is actually tailored to what I like versus having crypto/gambling ads and propaganda pushed onto my timeline. I’m a lot more comfortable with using this site more.
