okay wicked WAS actually really really good. i rolled my eyes when i found out it was two parts, but seeing it changed my mind. the change in pacing was a good call, i can see how the pace of the stage play would have felt breakneck on screen.

I really wanted to love Arcane S2. It was gorgeous! I won’t deny it was a masterpiece of animation. Visually. It’s just… it’s just… I like my movies and shows to have… scripts. Not cutscene dialogue. I just couldn’t get past the gap in quality between visuals and writing.
