Has anyone every tried acupuncture? How was it? My neck and shoulder have been hurting on and off for years and nothing works. Physio stretches don't do anything it's like the muscle is bunched up. Chiro relieves pressure for a week then it's back. I think acupuncture might be the next thing I try
