So many questions... 1. How do the developers get away with getting these basically free user studies without our consent? 2. "without human involvement", but who then checks that the presented results of the proposed method are reproducible?

I don't agree with everything our CoLM reviewers suggest, but it's obvious they have read our papers much, much more thoroughly than ARR reviewers. I guess the overlap between CoLM and ARR reviewers isn't as notable as I imagined it will be?

Do folks really find the ARR checklist valuable enough to justify that a paper submission takes this much effort?

A bit of a mess around the conflict of COLM with the ARR (and to lesser degree ICML) reviews release. We feel this is creating a lot of pressure and uncertainty. So, we are pushing our deadlines: Abstracts due March 22 AoE (+48hr) Full papers due March 28 AoE (+24hr) Plz RT 🙏
