Another successful field trip, Green-wood cemetery is home to such a diversity of lichens and bryophytes! Our trip, led by @mollynashrouzie.bsky.social and @incertae-sedis.bsky.social, found some beautiful species, including at least one new record lichen species for the cemetery!

The year is nearing its end, and we're looking forward to the exciting botanical symposia next year. We even offer grants supporting symposia - check out grants and awards on our website for details!

Our lichen walk at Woodlawn Cemetery last weekend yielded 21 different species! There are many more species here that we never saw, we will have to schedule a return trip soon!
