Have you ever just had a strong desire for a certain kinda vibe? I'm stuck on a brain worm inspired by the GATE anime and Project Wingman/Ace combat, and it refuses to leave me. It's such a specific vibe too, and I don't think I'll find anything to scratch that itch.

Seeing talk about how people act in fandoms has brought to me a lot of memories, both good and bad. The parasocial trap is an easy and dangerous one to fall into. Remember, they are people, the same as you or me, and while you may know part of them from videos, you don't know them, their values, etc

Oldest OC is the original form of Volo, called Ein back then. He was based off the Grim angel from Riviera: the Promised Land, which I was obsessed with back in the day. His original art, and hairstyle that was kept through the years actually came from one really cool drawing of Ein I found on DA!

Busiest day I have had at work so far, but man, I love what I do. Ever had a job that just feels right?

The first character I'd like to introduce folks to is my boy Volo. He's actually my oldest character that I have used that I remember and use to this day, though he's mostly fallen by the wayside as of late. Food eaten, everything done, ready to relax and go on at length about Characters I made who knows how long ago. I think I'll do one like, master thread, and then split off into mini threads for all the different characters.

Made it back home, going to devour some Korean corndogs, then go into the story of my first true OC, Volo.

On my drive, I found myself pondering writing as a whole. I've never really shared much outside of small groups of people, and I'm not exactly sure where to even start talking about it. Maybe I'll start talking about my old characters and their stories, see if it gets my brain running.

It's an early one today, on this cold, crisp morning. Early for me, at least. Hope y'all are staying warm and cozy. Might talk about writing today once I get to class.
