Tried experimenting with the GEMS sound driver and... yeah I don't think I'll use this again. It's incredibly difficult to get modulation working properly without completely destroying the song, and even when you do get the song to work and get it on the Mega Drive, cont. (1/2)

Should really get to doing stuff on here tbh, especially considering that Twitter has plunged itself into the toilet. I see Bluesky has video support now, which is great!

So, I’ve noticed people logging and commenting on stuff they've seen or played throughout the year, and it seems like a pretty cool thing to try out myself. So this thread will be me commenting on any games/shows I've played/watched throughout 2024, here goes:

Finished Sonic Superstars, and I thought it was a pretty solid game. Physics are on point, levels are designed well and gameplay is quite fun. The bosses can be a bit tedious and/or frustrating at times, and the music feels a bit inconsistent too. Overall though, still a solid 7/8 out of 10 game imo
