We’ve been busy! Over the last couple of weeks, we released Pinwheel 1.7 and 1.7.1, fixing some macOS 26 related bugs, and adding a new Icon Composer app icon. We’ve also been working hard on the next update for iStat Menus.

Pinwheel 1.6.1 is out! It fixes some bugs and adds the ability to copy colours in any format and colour space. If you’d like to copy colours in the format that matches their properties, just use “copy”. bjango.com/mac/pinwheel/

Pinwheel 1.6 is out! Colour format is now remembered per-colour, which means you can use hex values for sRGB colours and oklch() for Display P3, if you want. bjango.com/mac/pinwheel/

Pinwheel 1.4.2 is out, with OKLCH and OKLAB support across the entire app! You can now use the CSS oklch() and oklab() formats in the colour picker, when copying values, and as a display format for the grid view. bjango.com/mac/pinwheel/

iStat Menus 7 introduced a simplified sensor list, which helps focus on the important sensors. If you’d like to see them all, switch the sensor display mode to “detailed”.
