OMG! Just opened a bottle of Rambler brewed in May '23. I'd kept 4 back so could see how they evolved, as I put 1 yr BBE on bottles. Wow. Rambler is normally my least favourite beer I produce, but this has incredible toffee flavour I'd not expected. Delicious! Please don't leave yours so long!
