Two days later on Christmas day he was put on life support. I’m asking every #reiki practitioner & healing masters of all modalities to send healing.

What a lovely day. It’s time for tea and doing our breathing exercises. As someone who had severe sinus problems due to allergies it’s always nice to have a moment to focus on getting my breathing in order and a nice warm tea helps me. The steam is ever so helpful. Fragrance is a delight.

Teatime my friends. Alas my father is in the hospital again. I fear the bitter cold got into his heart & lungs when he was out & about. He is too stubborn to just stay in. What a shameful trait to have honestly. Being too stubborn to take proper care of yourself. I am so upset he won’t do so.
