Over Christmas on the 23rd of December my father was taken to the hospital unable to breathe from the cold air & was later diagnosed with Influenza A. Two days later on Christmas day he was put on life support. I’m asking every #reiki practitioner & healing masters of all modalities to send healing.

I had an amazing visit where we did reiki healing meditation. The energy was so strong flowing thru me I was perspiring.

Dear friends it is tea time again and I wish I owned this teapot. This is just a beautifully designed gorgeous bit of elegance that I can’t even describe. It’s like a museum piece. I may be enamoured with this. I am usually just a nice ceramic teapot girl but this is fit for an empress. Lovely.

What a lovely day. It’s time for tea and doing our breathing exercises. As someone who had severe sinus problems due to allergies it’s always nice to have a moment to focus on getting my breathing in order and a nice warm tea helps me. The steam is ever so helpful. Fragrance is a delight.
