It would seem to me most orgs GenAI adoption efforts are pretty much Willy-nilly. People using, experimenting but with little guidance and even less oversight.

Here’s a little truth about AI and the edtech market/vendors. Go ahead and wrap your tool in “AI enablement”… the fact is people don’t want your tool and don’t need it to get to AI enabled when they can just use Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT as is to get what they need.

If you’re in L&D I’d say you need to decouple. Doesn’t mean not doing traditional L&D work but you need to start looking at how work is changing (NOT your work!) because of AI. To understand the future of org learning is to watch how work/working/workers are changing

Stafford’s 3 turnovers were a back breaker but I get the tipped ball one and the strip sack (sh*t happens) the other was just a great play on the ball. The bigger disappointment was the D. Aside from the pick 6, the other TOs happened on Carolina side of 50. D couldn’t stop ‘em.
