Proof of life. Things are still a lot right now and are likely to continue being that way for a while, so if I'm less active on here for a bit that's largely why. Also trying not to pay too much attention to what the scale says post-stomach bug or I'll get completely demoralized.

Man I would really love it if the world just...didn't for a little bit. That is clearly too much to ask. Anyway, no, I'm not doing fine. I have family in Iran and everything sucks.
