We're back, baby!!!

Yesterday was pottering, putting together a display cabinet, playing a little Outer Worlds 2 and catching up on some TV. Today will be more OW2, maybe a little DND prep (I has ideas!) and a smidge of adulting.

With the new year just around the corner, there are so many things I would love to run in the TTRPG space, including: - Alien ttrpg - Coriolis - Things from the Flood - Tales from the Loop - At least one spin off from Radiant Shadows Now all I need is the time!!

I often use various types of music to help me focus when doing ttrpg prep. For some reason creepy 1940's music seems to really hit the spot for this, so if anyone has any good recommendations, lets me know!

A Sunday evening tradition in this house us to watch horror. We also tend to put a shout out to friends as well and see who wants to watch with us (even though peeps are all over the place, we coordinate start time and chat on Discord etc). It's one of the highlights of the weekend for me :)

Does anyone else have the issue when making homebrew content for ttrpgs where they have to justify EVERYTHING in the world, but also make things way too complicated in terms of various factions, interactions, timelines etc? Surely it's not just me ....

At the conclusion of the last Radiant Shadows, Delgrim, our duergar ranger played by the truly awesome @pr0mythean.bsky.social, had returned to the fey court to sing a heart rending song in an attempt to win the moon. We finished the session with Pr0 rolling a 19 on his performance roll. BUT! /2
