My Trinidad Scorpion peppers and lemons are doing great 👍. Can’t wait to make this year’s hot sauce I use pineapple, pineapple juice, garlic, onion, rice vinegar, kosher salt, and a little olive oil. Ohh of course scorpion and reaper peppers. No water I use juice. I simmer everything for a hour
