Everything I do in my 30s is an apology and love letter to my younger self. She didn’t know she’s autistic, she was just terrified and thought she was all kinds of wrong.

Currently slightly obsessed with the painting Old London Bridge by Claude de Jongh and the sketch he made beforehand. Painted in 1630 it shows how the bridge was lined with shops and houses, the longest inhabited bridge in Europe.

If you can then take some time this winter to watch Ernest & Celestine. The film equivalent of a large mug of hot chocolate, it is full of warmth, kindness, beautiful animation, and friendship.
