I’m really bad at giving advice and it always feels so obvious when I say this, but my go to art advice is just to study. It’s a knowledge base! Get information in your brain to use later, and keep it up! Practice doesn’t make perfect, it’s just one part of it. Read a book!

Just because something worked for you in art doesn’t mean it’s a rule. Everyone’s brain works differently. Example: I did have to find my style. Not everyone does. “Just draw a lot and you’ll get there!” Didn’t work for me. I make deliberate decisions.

I finished watching Reboot! Maybe the documentary helped, having seen it before, knowing it was bad this time, but Season 4 wasn't terrible to sit through. Still very flawed, but I have watched worse things, and certainly a low point to end the series on. Especially with the cliffhanger ending.
