Wonder how the Kids Choice Awards are going to be this year... Favorite Animated Movie is going to be K Pop Demon Hunters no question, but Favorite Movie feels like a wildcard. Thinking either Superman or Wicked For Good. Wicked won last year and Wonder Woman 84 won in 2021, so I'm torn.

What also impresses me about the KPDH success story is that it was during summer in a back to normal world and not quarantine, when everyone is stuck in their homes. The Willoughbys, Candace Against TU and Over the Moon didn't get a fraction of its success and not even Trolls World Tour came close.

With them dropping a GOAT music video called I Wish, all I can think of is Cher Lloyd...

Realized that M3GAN 2.0 and K Pop Demon Hunters which came out the same month are both in the top 10 on Netflix. KPDH has always been on Netflix, it's been out for 7 months and it's never left the chart. This is Titanic level lasting...

Seeing how they fumbled Robot Dreams and how they're limiting Arco...I really don't want Neon to acquire Checkered Ninja 3. If they're giving a smaller release to an animated Will Ferrell and Andy Samburg movie, a CN sequel doesn't have a chance in their hands. Definitely set on GKIDS.

Found out Cartoonshi lives in the UK, which Stitch Head doesn't release there until February 6. Then again he saw Little Amélie which isn't out yet in the UK but he probably pirated it.

After hearing Diaz Station's apology to Rosa Rey Ramsey after how the Senate treated her...at least Diaz Station has some redeeming qualities, which is more than I can say for Star Giant Productions/Ryan Kruleski. Still not saying much though.

Thinking about if I should see Tafiti...Blue Fox puts out really good stuff (The Inventor and A Sloth Story), but Arco is a bigger priority that weekend and will have to wait for more reviews for Tafiti.

Marty Supreme absolutely lived up to hype... the story and performances are just chef's kiss. Go see it! 10/10

Happy birthday to Pandy Paws! Don't have pictures of him at Gabby's Dollhouse Live, but the second one was at the restaurant we went to before it!

It still holds up after 4 years, but I wonder if I should lower Everything Everywhere All At Once an edge to 9.5/10 or keep it at 10/10.

I could absolutely see Netflix advertising Steps as "this year's K Pop Demon Hunters", especially as Legends of Oz which came out in 2014 titled themselves as the year's Frozen in their marketing.

Stitch Head felt like it went under the radar. After watching Cartoonshi's 2025 video, I noticed he watched Sneaks but not Stitch Head even if SH did much better at the box office. Sneaks felt like it had a lot more buzz. Could see SH become Gen Alpha's Teacher's Pet though, a cult favorite among.

Avatar 3 was a great entry! The story and visuals have you on the edge of your seat simultaneously. Was also definitely worth the IMAX and reccomend it! 8.5/10

A friend reccomended me No Other Choice...the arthouse theater I went to for Robot Dreams and Bob Trevino got it, so I'm definitely hoping to make it! Between this, Avatar and Marty Supreme...dang there's a lot of movies I need to see.

Have heard many say that Nickelodeon is just the SpongeBob and Loud House channel nowadays, but Nick really only seems to air LH when it has new episodes. Feel their schedule is mostly just SB and the same movies. Think they air Wylde Pak and Boss Baby Back in Business more than Loud House.

Haven't seen the full movie but with that title all I can think of is Sausage Party...

Will be skipping Charlie the Wonderdog. Viva's losing streak continues from what I've heard, as they haven't put out a good movie since Zoopocalypse. Will stick with Avatar and Marty Supreme. At least I've heard good things about Buffalo Kids, and fairly excited for Pout Pout Fish.

The final season of The Fairly Oddparents premiered on the same day Norm of the North released...fitting timing, seeing how both were received.

Realized that since K Pop Demon Hunters is looking like the likely Oscar winner this year, this'll be the first time AniMat didn't give a Best Animated Feature winner the AniMat Seal of Approval since Brave (not counting Flow since he didn't review it).

I really don't expect Hotel Transylvania 5 to do all that well if it comes to theaters. Given how disappointing Transformania was and don't think Sandler is coming back, I see this going under like Ice Age. HT has also been overtaken by Spider Verse and K Pop as Sony's cash cows.

One of my theaters had the Charlie the Wonderdog poster up...but they didn't end up getting the movie.

I'm in SuperKitties circles that occasionally bring up other Disney Junior shows, and I didn't even know Hey AJ was premiering tomorrow. The show doesn't seem as marketable or merchandisable, so hopefully it doesn't get canned after 1 season as I especially love the animation from what I've seen.

With Angel Studios having acquired the streaming rights, I wonder how A Sloth Story would've done had they distributed it in theaters instead of Blue Fox. Angel does great with animation but Sloth Story isn't biblical, so maybe similar to Paws of Fury.

Can't believe it's been 2 years already since the musical movie of Mean Girls...absolutely love this movie!

Pout Pout Fish is honestly growing on me...don't think it'll be as good as the other two I mentioned but maybe an 8/10 on par with Hitpig.

Watched the recent Good Luck Have Fun Don't Die trailer, and looks great! With this and Stitch Head, Briarcliff is improving as a distributor and is one to seek out for in indie.

Liked Search for SquarePants! Does keep the classic SpongeBob feel and Barb is queen. A reccomendation for all SpongeBob fans! 8/10
