After 2 days of failing to find any at other sites, I finally saw 4 Yellow eyed penguins today at Katiki Point, New Zealand

Superb night out watching Southern Brown Kiwi on Stewart Island, New Zealand, with Beaks and Feathers tour company. 🪶🇳🇿

A day of 2 extremes, a Fiordland crested penguin so far out in Milford Sound that I nearly missed it, to a Weka sat 3 feet away on my picnic table!! 🪶🇳🇿

A nice afternoon walk in Lower Woods Gloucestershire, produced 15 species of butterflies, including 16 silver washed fritillary, 2 gatekeeper, ringlets, and 12 purple hairstreak.
