in an attempt to keep me from creating too many characters (i often do) i gave myself a recipe and i can only name characters after ingredients in it

not a one! i'm very careful about who i share my comics with locally IRL because i'd like to retain anonymity but i do discuss plot points and processes with my husband, he entertains my crazy ideas

our favorite eldest cousin passed away today, a great loss for all of us. as we prepare him for burial, we don't know what to say to one another in the thick of our grief. all we could muster was to ask "have you eaten? please eat. there's food in the kitchen." a small way to show that we care.
