As I grew up, it wasn’t fun for me to watch John Wayne or Tom Cruise and think that this was masculinity in the movies. Naturally, I gravitated to character actors - people who could drive a story, but helped me see a little more of myself in the world. Thank you, Mr. Cort, for helping with that.
